Welcome to the world of coins and currency, mutual funds and market forces.
Tips for Kids is an experiential
economics program developed by American Century Investments. Hands-on projects and
activities provide discussion opportunities and enable students to refine personal
theories to explain the world around them. The curriculum reflects three major themes of
contemporary education: Experiential Learning, Constructivism and Collaborative Learning.
It's a fun and functional way to lead your students in learning about how money
impacts their world.
The curriculum is divided into four modules and each module is divided into learning units.
Modules are sequenced to introduce students to key financial concepts and economic
principles.
